Printemps, my favourite season has arrived in Paris. Complete with beautiful blue skies, gorgeous greenery and spring blossoms popping up around the city.
Spring in Paris delightfully coincides with cherry blossom season, which I recently got to experience along the Champ de Mars. This lovely park, which is located between the Eiffel Tower and École Militaire is home to some seriously gorgeous blooms during spring, including cherry blossoms, the equally gorgeous plum blossoms and magnolias.
Being surrounded by fairy floss hued blooms felt just like a dream. Watching the petals fall playfully onto the ground like snowflakes was nothing short of magical. A lovely moment, which became all the more special upon looking up and being greeted by the Eiffel Tower.
There really is something so lovely, light and reinvigorating about spring.
