Whilst
I love a print mix as much as the next person,
sometimes all a statement piece such as this skirt needs are great basics.
I
opted to pair down my nostalgia skirt (explanation here) with go to staples, to achieve a weekend
errand running friendly outfit.
Pieces
such a great biker jacket and staple grey singlet really are the types of
wardrobe gifts that keep on giving. Unlike that pair of heels you keep trying
to wear in despite the blister attack that ensues, these pieces will never let
you down.
Speaking
of footwear, these metallic bad boys that I picked up during a holiday in
France have me craving another European adventure.
