Being
a huge The City fan I was beyond excited to attend the Whitney Eve and WE by
Whitney Eve installation at MBFWA. I may or may not have even re-watched
seasons one and two (twice) in anticipation of the SS12/13 collection launch on
Australian shores.
The
two incredibly wearable collections featured pieces that catered to both the
soft and edgy sides of a woman's personality. I love the use of pastels, floral
prints, pleats and peter pan collars in contrast to chic black pieces in
structured silhouettes.
Personally
I can totally relate to wanting to wear something ultra feminine like that
peter pan collar dream blouse one minute and then edging things up with pieces
like that killer black vest the next.
